First Four Weeks

Review current behaviors, track data, group trainings, weekly ABA tips, 30 minute call every 2 weeks to check in and address any questions or concerns.
Next Four Weeks

Learn easy hacks, review collected data, and adjust our approach as needed.
Last Four Weeks

Work on ways to maintain habits, what to do if you fall off the wagon, and being proud of your progress 🙂

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need insurance?
No. We are not working with commercial insurances at this time. With commercial insurances we have limitations on the type of behaviors we work on and our program is catered to your specific needs.
Do I need a diagnosis?
No. We believe our service can benefit anyone, with a diagnosis or without.
How much time a week will I put into this?
As with anything great in life, you will get back what you put in. You will need 30 minutes for our biweekly calls plus a few minutes for our suggested hacks- they are quick and easy.
Is this confidential?
Yes. This is confidential. Further more, we pride ourselves on being HIPPAA compliant.
What deliverables are included in the program?
Before and After rating sheets, check-in calls, infographics with customized tips, online data collection, improved “quality of life”
What if I’m scared to start?
That’s totally understandable, with change comes fear. We can relate, and empathize with you to customize the treatment based on your needs.
